Reinventing Job Recruitment: Ramy Assaf of Laimoon [WamdaTV]Posted on September 3, 2012

Ramy Assaf, Digital Market Developer at Laimoon, discusses the projected evolution of Laimoon from a niche job-matching site for sales and marketing in Qatar and the UAE, to a more diverse platform for job-seekers and recruiters.

Laimoon is designed based on a complex algorithm that removes the time-consuming job of sifting through hundreds of resumes for just one position. Laimoon’s solution is to automate some of that hard work by clarifying exactly what the job is about before the applicant comes through. Not only does it synthesize job-placement, Laimoon features a unique and user-friendly platform that is designed to keep both job-seakers and recruiters engaged.

“You’ll find people become addicted to this game-like interface; they spend more time on it. This allows us to get to know them better. If we get to know them better, we can ultimately match them to the right job,” explains Assaf.

Laimoon seeks to expand its platform by providing algorithms for other job types and by increasing its geographical footprint to simplify job placement in other industries.

i found Laimoon very useful but some of the invalid posts are also shown as your match. It would be nice if only valid posts can be veiwed.
